2. This Agreement does not create a tenancy or residence.
You must depart at the appropriate time.
3. This is non-smoking unit.
4. Pets are permitted in Lodge only when explicitly agreed upon
as a Written Exception.
5. A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is required.
This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation
with a signed contract. The deposit automatically converts to a
security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied
toward rent; however it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure,
provided the following conditions are met:
6. No damage is done to the Lodge, its premises, or contents,
beyond normal wear and tear.
7. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or
collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
8. All debris, rubbish etc, put in trash can and dishes
cleaned.
9. All charges accrued during the stay are to be paid prior to
departure.
10. No linens are lost or damaged.
11. No early check in or late checkout.
12. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or owners
representative), or local law enforcement.
13. Payment shall be received before renter shall occupy the
residence.
14. A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the
arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made
within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the damage/reservation
deposit.
15. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund
of rent or deposit.
16. This property requires a two night minimum stay.
17. Rates include clean sheets, but renter must provide their own
towels.
18. While a clean unit is provided, daily maid service is
not.

20. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject
to forfeiture of deposit and the party will not be permitted to check
in.
21. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be
approved in writing in advance.
