Above rates to not include state and local sales and lodging taxes
A $200 reservation/damage deposit is required.
A minimum of a two night rental is required during the regular season
A SIGNED CONTRACT ACCOMPANIED BY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS
